Description
The role leads commercial, contracts, and project controls functions across major capital projects and programs, overseeing cost control, budgeting, forecasting, earned value analysis, scheduling, contract administration, claims, risk management, reporting, and multidisciplinary project controls teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, or a related discipline, plus 15–20 years of experience in commercial management, contracts management, and project controls within EPC/EPCM/PMC environments, along with knowledge of Primavera P6, EVM, cost control, contract administration, claims, risk management, change management, Power BI, SAP, and NEC/FIDIC contracts.
