The role reports to the Project Controls Manager in Manila and involves financial systems, earned-value analysis, budgeting, cost and schedule integration, contractor and subcontractor tracking, project reporting, and cost review meetings. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in an associated field, at least five years of relevant experience, advanced MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work fixed night shifts and three days onsite per week.
