Oracle is hiring a Project Controls Program Lead to serve as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert for cost project controls across large-scale Mission Critical Data Center construction programs. The role develops global cost controls strategy, standardized reporting templates, governance, forecasting, change control, contingency management, commercial analysis, and advanced Excel-based and AI-based cost models. It requires at least eight years of senior project controls experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, strong construction cost controls expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The position is full-time and onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, with a hiring range of $90,100 to $209,500 per year and potential bonus and equity.
