The role supports public-sector clients with cost, schedule, and quality control; procurement and award coordination; public funding applications; and collaboration with authorities and representatives. Candidates need a relevant civil engineering or environmental technology degree, at least three years of similar experience, public-sector project experience, knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and AHO, MS Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and German C1 language skills.
