Gropas is hiring a Project Controls Specialist and Schedule Planner for complex plant engineering projects in the greater Oberhausen/Essen/Gelsenkirchen area of North Rhine-Westphalia. The role supports project controls, scheduling, schedule management, progress assessments, planned-vs-actual comparisons, trend analyses, alternative scheduling scenarios, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical or construction-related field, investment-project scheduling experience, fluent German, good English, and strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or Microsoft Project. The position offers limited travel, pension and transport subsidies, 30 days of vacation, flexible hours, and remote or home-office work options.
