Management Solutions, LLC is hiring a full-time Project Controls Specialist and Team Lead for an on-site role supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Mobile, Alabama. The position combines project controls and analysis work—cost and schedule tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and P2/PROMIS data integration—with day-to-day leadership, coordination, workload management, coaching, and performance review of a small project controls team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least four years of relevant project controls experience, Primavera P6 and cost controls proficiency, and U.S. citizenship due to federal contract requirements.
