Project Controls Specialist at Lutech

The Project Controls Specialist will lead planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, progress measurement, and performance reporting for major construction and industrial projects. The role oversees monthly cost close, financial reporting, budgets, purchase orders, accruals, and actual expenditures; develops cost and schedule models; and collaborates with project managers, procurement, vendors, and finance teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of project controls experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database management, Primavera P6, cost control, and project risk management.
