Tri-City Group is hiring a full-time Project Controls Specialist in DeKalb, Illinois to support the financial and operational performance of large-scale construction projects. The role manages project costs, budgets, forecasts, schedules, earned value, productivity, dashboards, and performance reporting while partnering with project managers, field teams, accounting, clients, and general contractors. The position requires three to seven years of relevant experience, Primavera P6 scheduling experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
