The Tsui Group is looking for an experienced Project Controls Specialist IV (Cost Analyst) to oversee project budgets and forecasts for a large educational client in Los Angeles County. This role involves active participation in EAC meetings, risk assessment, cost variance analysis, and collaboration with schedulers and managers to ensure financial alignment and mitigate risks. The specialist will also conduct detailed reviews of cost reports, manage ETCs, and utilize various financial and project management systems.
