Description
The Programme Manager for COI Enabling will lead Communications and Information Services capability development, including requirements elicitation, capability programme planning, lifecycle delivery, acceptance, enterprise and capability architecture, and coordination with NATO stakeholders, user and host nations, and industry. The role requires a relevant university degree or professional qualification, at least six years of Communications and Information Services project experience, at least four years managing CIS specialists, and at least three years of project management experience. It is a three-year definite-duration contract for newly recruited NATO International Civilian staff, with a NATO SECRET security clearance required before employment begins.
