Description
The Field Logistics Coordinator supports FieldCore’s field operations by auditing invoices, collecting and verifying timesheets and expense documentation, driving project close-out and financial reconciliation, maintaining project-backup tracking, and providing timecard and KPI reporting through Tableau and SAP. The role also supports third-party purchase orders, vendor coordination, project setup, and service-manager needs, with possible travel and availability for holidays, weekends, and overtime.
