AMJ is hiring a full-time Project Executive in Hallandale Beach, Florida, to oversee end-to-end project delivery for articles, infographics, podcasts, and webinars. The role coordinates with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors; supports client communication and performance reporting; maintains project documentation; tracks progress and risks; and contributes to account and delivery improvements. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience as a project coordinator or client success executive, with strong communication, planning, organization, relationship management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. The position reports to the Vice President of Customer Success and offers up to $55,000, on-site work, and comprehensive benefits.
