Description
The Project Manager will coordinate construction projects from design through handover, monitoring technical, administrative, and financial aspects; preparing schedules; coordinating contractors, suppliers, and architects; anticipating problems; and ensuring quality delivery. The role requires construction-sector project management experience, strong organization and communication, planning and coordination skills, independence, flexibility, customer focus, and a hands-on approach. It offers a permanent contract starting immediately, a 40-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule, additional leave, a company car, fuel card, parking space, fringe benefits, and opportunities for progression and training.
