Description

AECOM is hiring a Project Coordinator for its Buildings + Places Canada team in Pickering, Ontario. The role supports Project Managers in coordinating multidisciplinary infrastructure and building projects, including scheduling, documentation, financial tracking, stakeholder communication, risk monitoring, meetings, reporting, and project controls. It is intended for a recent graduate and is expected to start in January or May 2027. A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, project management, construction management, or a related field is required; relocation and Canadian employment authorization sponsorship are not available.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship, co-op, summer employment, or academic experience involving project coordination, engineering, construction, consulting, or administration.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
