AECOM is hiring a Junior Project Manager to assist in managing one or more less complex construction or infrastructure projects under the supervision of a senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Regional Manager. The role coordinates resources, identifies risks and opportunities, supports decision-making, manages project documentation and stakeholders, and mentors junior staff. Candidates must be UAE nationals with a family book, hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, and have 2–4 years of experience supporting or coordinating construction or infrastructure projects. The position requires project management, risk analysis, resource coordination, decision-making, organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.
