AECOM is hiring a Junior Project Manager to assist in managing one or more less complex construction or infrastructure projects under the supervision of a senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Regional Manager. The role coordinates resources, identifies risks and opportunities, supports decision-making, manages project documentation and stakeholders, and mentors junior staff. Candidates must be UAE nationals with a family book, hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, and have 2–4 years of experience supporting or coordinating construction or infrastructure projects. The position requires project management, risk analysis, resource coordination, organizational, communication, and MS Office skills, and includes in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
