Earth Systems is hiring a full-time Environmental Field Technician in Midland, Texas, with regional field travel as needed. The role combines hands-on environmental fieldwork—such as soil, groundwater, vapor, and monitoring-well sampling; remediation-system monitoring; drilling support; and site documentation—with project coordination support for scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, change orders, and communication with project managers and subcontractors. The position is developmental, requires outdoor work and a valid driver’s license, and pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour with overtime and travel compensation available.
