Gray Matter Logic is hiring an entry-level, full-time Project Coordinator to support AI-enabled consulting projects. The role tracks timelines and deliverables, prepares project updates and presentations, supports client workshops and go-live events, facilitates communication between clients and internal teams, and helps maintain accountability. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to learn new software quickly; project coordination, customer service, or business analysis experience is a plus. The position is based in the Chandler, Arizona office, with on-site work preferred and limited remote arrangements considered.
