Project Coordinator at Hunt St

Hunt St is recruiting a Philippines-based Project Coordinator for its Perth-based design and construction client. The fully remote independent contractor will coordinate residential and commercial construction projects across Western Australia, including schedules, documentation, contracts, subcontractor and trade coordination, RFQs, procurement, project preparation, and client liaison. The role aligns approximately with Australian business hours and requires construction administration experience, strong organisation and communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, PDF editing, and preferably construction management software.
