Description
IFAK e.V. is seeking a Project Coordinator for a limited-term consortium office supporting the ESF Plus project “Integration Course with Child Plus – Perspective through Qualification.” The role coordinates cooperation among course providers, municipalities, and other stakeholders; manages networks and meetings; negotiates municipal cooperation agreements; develops childcare and financing strategies; supports the transfer of services into regular systems; evaluates and documents project results; and prepares reports and recommendations. The position is part-time at 19.5 hours per week, with full-time possible, and requires a university degree in social work, social pedagogy, or a comparable field, plus relevant experience in integration, child and youth welfare, community work, or project coordination.
