Illumia is hiring a Program Manager, Campus Commerce Operations to support business operations across its campus commerce portfolio. The role manages settlement and reconciliation for off-campus and vending programs, resolves client and partner inquiries, onboards merchant locations, maintains product and pricing master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, coordinates supply chain information, and uses transaction data to improve processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, business or financial analysis skills, customer service and client management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. The position offers a base salary of $64,000 to $100,000 and health, dental, and vision insurance on the first day of employment.
