Description
The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to the project management team and manages limited-scope projects, including schedules, budgets, milestones, stakeholder meetings, field conditions, submittals, RFIs, vendor coordination, procurement, and project closeout documentation. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, communication, drawing interpretation, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency, and the ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science, or a relevant field, or five or more years of relevant experience and training, is required; PMP, creative and theming project experience, ProCore, and advanced computer skills are preferred. The salary is $60,000–$70,000.
