The role owns the project access controls strategy, coordinates site access, deliveries, logistics, safety, reporting, cost and schedule controls, and stakeholder relationships while supporting the Senior Project Manager. It requires five years of construction experience, project controls knowledge, data center construction familiarity, and several safety certifications, with an on-site five-days-per-week schedule and occasional travel.
