Kinly is hiring a full-time, permanent Project Coordinator to support project management activities for customer system installations and room relocations. The role coordinates internal and external tasks, manages emails and meeting minutes, supports open projects and operations leadership, collaborates with purchasing, accounting, engineering, production, logistics, field resources, and customer service teams, and tracks shipments and service orders. The position is based in Wall, New Jersey; Thousand Oaks, California; or Tampa, Florida, pays $55,000-$65,000 annually plus benefits, and requires proven experience in a customer coordinator role within a technical environment, project-based activity support, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
