Description
The Project Leader will coordinate multiple projects from start to completion, support and coach site managers, monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and profitability, maintain customer and client contact, develop and optimize processes, and conduct regular site visits. The role requires a technical bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of project leadership or operational management experience, strong organizational and people-management skills, financial acumen, and willingness to visit sites regularly.
