Maxxit Systems Inc. is hiring a full-time permanent Project Coordinator to support architectural metal fabrication projects from handoff through production, delivery, and closeout. The role coordinates project documentation, schedules, milestones, meetings, procurement, production readiness, shipping, client and stakeholder communication, and project reporting across Project Management, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Site teams. The position requires 4 days per week onsite at the Toronto office and offers annual compensation of $55,000 to $72,000, commensurate with experience.
