Description

The EWS Project Coordinator (PC) supports the implementation of the Early Warning System (EWS) project in Vientiane Capital and surrounding provinces. This role involves coordinating field-level activities, liaising with local stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of project outputs. The coordinator will also support monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor standards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, field implementation, or administrative support in development or humanitarian contexts.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) sector or with community-based projects is a strong advantage.
experience in monitoring and evaluation or communications is an asset.
Familiarity with disaster risk reduction frameworks, community-based approaches, or climate change adaptation.
Familiar with project management tools and/or GIS software is an advantage.
