Description
Rize is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator for its construction team, Hovercraft Builders, to provide engineering information, interpret plans and specifications, and ensure construction work complies with standards, codes, and design instructions. The role supports project controls, scheduling, invoicing, progress claims, contractor and consultant relations, permits, and project closeout, and is primarily based at the project site in Maple Ridge with some time in downtown Vancouver. The position requires 1–5 years of construction coordination experience, an engineering or construction management degree or similar experience, Microsoft and Microsoft Project proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
