Description
The Project Coordinator will manage one or more grants, coordinate grant activities and deliverables across SJCH departments and agency partners, maintain communication with funders, compile project and evaluation data, prepare reports, support grant-related training and outreach, and facilitate presentations and support groups. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or two years of related experience, database management knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with diverse groups; bi-lingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
