Description
VaynerMedia is hiring a Project Coordinator to own small projects, one-off requests, and in-retainer tasks; develop timelines and milestones; coordinate deliverables with internal and client stakeholders; route projects through departments and approvals; support the Project Management lead; manage work streams, budgets, resources, and creative files; maintain Workfront plans; and lead project meetings. The role requires project-management, team-coordination, planning, creative-development, and problem-solving experience, preferably in the social or digital space. It is a hybrid position with a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 USD and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and wellness benefits.
