The employer is seeking a Project Coordinator for a client in the Kortrijk region to manage construction projects from site surveys and local project initiation through completion. The role coordinates clients, architects, installers, subcontractors, and technical teams; monitors budgets, schedules, quality, profitability, and invoicing; and guides draftsmen on technical plans. Candidates should have strong technical insight, fluency in Dutch, French, and English, basic 3D drawing knowledge, construction-sector experience, customer-contact experience, and relevant safety or site-follow-up certificates. The position offers a market-rate gross salary, meal vouchers, and the possibility of a permanent role after a successful interim period.
