Description
The Project Coordinator will coordinate planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and operational support for climate resilience and livelihood activities in Western Highlands. The role guides Project Officers and field teams, coordinates government, partner and community engagement, oversees climate-smart agriculture and ecosystem-based solutions, supports monitoring and evaluation, and ensures safeguarding, inclusion, accountability and project learning. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management training, at least three years of relevant project management experience, and the ability to travel to remote communities.
