Zones LLC is hiring a Project Coordinator to support customer service and SLA delivery for top-tier clients. The role coordinates IT deployments, manages deployment schedules and competing priorities, works with CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, and ServiceNow, monitors order processing and shipment status, and uses inventory, dashboard, Smartsheet, and Excel tools. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with strong customer service, organization, communication, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills. The position offers optional health insurance, life insurance, EOBI, a voluntary pension scheme, meals, and gym access, with a shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Time.
