Bosch is hiring a Project Coordinator for the validation of automotive control units. The role covers environmental, EMC, and electric validation projects from acquisition through final reporting, including scheduling, documentation, scope definition, risk management, cost and effort tracking, capacity planning, test preparation, investigation of findings, and coordination with development teams, laboratories, customers, and other stakeholders. The position requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in management or engineering, strong organizational and communication skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and AI tools; relevant testing, validation, hardware development, project management, or test-system development experience is advantageous. The role offers flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
