Spearhead, a manufacturing company specializing in architecture fabrication, is hiring a full-time, permanent Project Coordinator in Nelson, BC. The role supports digital model creation, shop drawing development, fabrication strategy, estimating support, procurement, QA/QC, and CNC/fabrication liaison work using CAD and architectural modeling software such as Cadwork, Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of design or project coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably experience in timber fabrication, mass timber, architecture, construction, framing, carpentry, or steel fabrication/erection.
