Description
The Clean Corps Site Supervisor leads the daily workforce training and site-supervision activities for a program that hires local residents to clean and care for community lots, alleys, and trash cans. The role trains crew members on safety and tool use, monitors performance metrics, conducts reviews and check-ins, plans and executes site maintenance, performs landscaping and cleanup work, coordinates with other supervisors and project managers, manages equipment and supplies, and attends meetings with internal staff, city departments, and neighborhood leaders. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree and driver’s license are preferred; 3+ years of progressive, related experience in landscaping, public cleaning, construction, or supervision is preferred.
