The role supports project managers by defining project requirements, managing project information, soliciting subcontractor bids, ordering materials and labor, coordinating field travel, reviewing field reports, handling change orders and job turnover, and approving invoices and lien waivers. Candidates should have strong organizational, communication, time-management, and Microsoft Office skills, at least one year of administrative or customer-service experience, and construction or related-field experience is preferred.
