RWS Global is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a temporary contract role supporting themed entertainment, attractions, and experiential environments. The position bridges creative and commercial objectives and manages project coordination and delivery from concept through construction, including estimating, tender processes, project documentation, design intent, vendor coordination, and RFQ/RFP/tender documentation. The role is hybrid in Cincinnati or Orlando headquarters, with remote eligibility, and runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. EST.
