Roamler is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator (Crowd) in Amsterdam on a hybrid basis. The role manages the availability, capacity, performance, and quality of the Roamler technician network, coordinates assignments with Planning and Operations, supports Roamlers and customers, handles second-line operational questions, and uses data to coach and improve performance. Candidates should have analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in operations, workforce management, planning, customer operations, or a similar environment, strong communication skills, and fluent Dutch with functional English; technology affinity and relevant certifications are helpful.
