Vultr is hiring a Project Coordinator to build and maintain the technical operating system for its global infrastructure delivery. The role owns project management environments such as Smartsheet and Jira, automates scheduling and workflows, maintains program requirements documents and technical build books, tracks deployment milestones, and helps standardize deployment playbooks and governance. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role, along with Smartsheet and tooling proficiency, operational fundamentals, technical curiosity, and strong documentation and communication skills. Compensation is $50,000–$65,000, with benefits including company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
