Infleqtion is hiring a Project Coordinator (Deep Tech) to support project operations for its quantum computing roadmap. The role blends operational and facilities support, project and proposal coordination, compliance and controls, scheduling, reporting, and cross-functional communication with teams including engineering, finance, facilities, marketing, legal, IT, vendors, and shipping/receiving. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, and comfortable using Jira, Confluence, inventory/ticketing systems, and AI/search tools in a fast-paced technical environment. The position is on-site or requires physical presence for light equipment and package handling, does not offer relocation, and includes a salary range plus comprehensive benefits.
