Description
The Project Coordinator supports project managers and technical teams through the full lifecycle of architecture, engineering, and construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating RFIs, submittals, design comments, meeting minutes, action items, permits, schedules, budgets, contracts, change documentation, deliverables, and document control. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of project coordination or project administration experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, and strong Microsoft 365, communication, organizational, and document-control skills. The position is primarily in-office, requiring at least four days per week during onboarding and training, with a possible transition to three days per week after proficiency is demonstrated.
