Description
The Project Coordinator – Engineering reports to the Engineering Director and manages product development projects from customer analysis through design, delivery, and quality control. The role involves designing and developing standard and custom hydraulic cylinders, performing mechanical design, proposing optimized hydraulic solutions, coordinating with clients, suppliers, sales, production, and purchasing, and controlling costs and deadlines. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, OIQ membership, relevant product development and manufacturing experience, hydraulic-system design ability, design software proficiency, client-interaction skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and French and English fluency. The annual salary is $90,000–$120,000, with group insurance and an RRSP.
