Description
Complex is hiring a Project Coordinator to support ESCO’s Brand Management and Business Development teams by coordinating licensed-product development, partner submissions, approvals, project timelines, deliverables, and go-to-market execution. The role serves as a liaison among internal teams and external IP holders, record labels, artists, licensors, agencies, retailers, and other partners, while also supporting business-development research, presentations, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel for live events; visa sponsorship is not offered.
