TxDOT’s Bridge Division is hiring a Project Coordinator to manage the Preliminary Bridge Layout Review process and support bridge project managers with funding reviews, bridge agreements, project tracking, and change-order review. The role coordinates design work among TxDOT entities, consultants, and contractors; performs data collection, evaluations, and analyses; and leads technical employees while reporting to a licensed professional engineer. It is based at the Stassney Campus in South Austin and requires a high school education or equivalent, 9 years of relevant design, plan-preparation, construction-inspection, or surveying experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive a state vehicle.
