Pier Solutions is hiring a full-time, permanent Project Coordinator/Junior Estimator based in Oakbank, Manitoba, with travel to construction sites across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The role supports construction projects through proposals, estimates, scheduling, materials, subcontractors, job-cost tracking, environmental plans, safety support, progress reporting, and technical services such as load ratings, site layouts, surveying, and design. Responsibilities also include preparing technical reports, construction deliverables, and standard contracts. A civil technology diploma or civil engineering degree is strongly preferred, while construction or field experience is an asset but not required; the position offers entry-level compensation of 28–35 CAD per hour and negotiable wage terms.
