Description
The Project Controls Analyst supports Programme Managers, Project Engineers, and the PMO by executing project controls across project initiation, planning, monitoring, controlling, communication, and close-out. Responsibilities include preparing schedules, reports, manpower histograms, S-curves, time-impact and cashflow analyses, financial forecasts, billing and revenue-supporting documentation, payment applications, purchase requests, document control, meeting minutes, audits, and lessons learned. The role requires a degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent engineering or computer science qualification, at least four years of related project experience in a service organisation, Primavera 6 schedule experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and Arabic and English language ability.
