Description
The Manufacturing Launch Process Lead will manage the end-to-end launch of new products, transfers, major process changes, and ramp-ups, coordinating cross-functional teams and governance activities from kickoff through post-launch stabilization. The role owns project planning, readiness reviews, risk and escalation management, pre-SOP validations, ramp-up performance indicators, change control, and the sustainable hand-off to Operations. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or a related field, five years of automotive manufacturing, product launch, and project management experience, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Core Tools, ISO 9001, Lean, and project management tools.
