CIMA+ is hiring a Project Coordinator or Project Manager to lead the planning and design of large-scale construction projects for major clients in the greater Montreal region. The role coordinates design activities with client professional teams, manages communications and approval requests with government partners, supports business-case preparation, and oversees project execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and performance tracking. Candidates need a university degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, at least 12 years of construction project management experience, and membership in the Ordre des architectes du Québec or the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec; PMP certification and fluency in French are preferred or required, while English fluency is an asset.
