Description
The role supervises and coordinates construction workers and subcontractors, ensures work follows drawings and specifications, monitors daily site progress, maintains safety standards, manages labor and materials, resolves on-site issues and delays, and supports project planning, reporting, documentation, stakeholder management, and follow-ups. The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects, use MS Excel and project tools, understand budget tracking, work with minimal supervision, and travel to all sites, including staying at sites when required.
